fvck both man.

I have a Zen Creative Vision M and that baby is the one to go with. Plays every junk you throw in it not like the lame as$ mpg4 files iPod plays. Little thicker but way better.

Ofcourse everyone has their prefference, most people I've come across that supposedly "hate" iPods and everyone with one, either:

1. Don't have one and/or never actually used one....but probably secretly want one

2. Can't afford one so they picked a cheaper mp3 player and now have to claim it's the best.

3. Have some retarded hang-up where they think people only buy iPods to look cool or fit in

when I got my iPod all the other MP3 players out there were crap in comparison.. nowadays there are more options for sure. I got an MP3 phone too but the sound quality is rather weak so I still use the iPod.

People can say what they want about iPods, but they're still the top MP3 devices out there in terms of quality. Has nothing to do with "being cool" or whatever..
well, i don't know, man. i think "coolness" actually helps (just a little) raising the sells of ipods and other products by apple, but of course quality is the main reason people buy them (especially if we consider their price).

today i am not sure if, in terms of quality, the ipod is really the best. but quality is a subjective matter anyway. i.e. it's possible to find players with more features or better software than the ipod's. some people can consider that more important than, let's say, sound quality or design. (i am not saying the ipods are unbeatleble on sound quality or design, but they are unquestionablebly excellent.)

having an ipod and not being fully satisfied with it, i can understand if one likes another player better than the ipod. now, hating it is kind of difficult to consent to... unless, for example, the guy had an ipod and got really frustrated with it, but i find that uneasy to happen. in that case, however, the guy actually knows the player and if he choose to hate it, why argue with him? heheheh. but if one hates the ipod without actually knowing the player, well, i agree it's suspect at the least.

I have a 4GB iPod Nano and I filled it up in exactly three days, which really sucks. I really like the way it looks and how easy it is to use, and I've now had it a year with absolutely no problems. I just wish it had a bigger capacity, because I hate those bigger iPods and all other ginormous mp3 players. I'm thinking about getting an 8GB one now they're available, but my current one is still perfectly good and I dont know what I would do with it.

I've never seen anything which even comes close to the Nano in terms of looks and ease of use.
