In photoshop, i get out the original photo texture and cut and paste over the texture from facegen. I repeat this until i get a good result. I try to not mess with the eyes of the facegen texture because of the difficult UV mapping. Basically rinse and repeat and trial and error . Blender ayuda mucho.

Thanks guys. Cuadrado ingame so far, pretty good result. Thankfully, the mouth didn't come out strange and sad looking like all the facegen models... I like Cuadrado's facial expression too ....You judge it..
