    Whoops! I didnt mean the big.ini file, I meant the "soccer" file in the main fifa2003 folder (this is the file where you edit for the various cheats: practice, perfect keepers, etc.) At any rate, I inserted the line for unlocking all teams, but I do not see them in the game... any ideas...

    Once you have edited the .ini file, where do these teams show up? I don't see them available for friendlies.... also, he obviously meant 1st division, english football is the exception with Premier, then 1st, then 2nd...the premiership USED to be the 1st division. JBC
