By the way:
The only teams that can follow european top level are Argentina and Brazil, the other teams are in the same level of mexico

Hum following their quals results, brazil don't stand a chance against most of the european teams...but i doubt they will play like they play in the quals...

I totally agree with your point of view Mauricio. Danger Zone, Holland's failure to make the WC is their own doing. Personally, I think it's fine how it is. Like you said, Mauricio, if it were to be played like Danger Zone wants it it would be the Brazilian-Argentinean-European Cup!:)

Hello, is anyone awake there? If there weren't teams from Asia or Africa, then why would it be called the WORLD CUP? I think that it already is unfair that Oceania do not have a representative in the WORLD CUP. FIFA are trying to live up to their motto of "For the Good of the Game", making soccer the "world game". If countries in poorer continents are not involved in the WORLD CUP, then how can FIFA develop soccer and turn it in to the "world game"? If FIFA put in place those restrictions, they would be contradicting themselves and not doing things "For the Good of the Game".

Wake up, it wasn't called the WORLD CUP for no particular reason!

If the top countries want a real challenge then why don't the top 10 countries form an international super league and play each other home and away over 4 year period instead of meaningless friendlies

BTW, haven't Uruguay won the World Cup twice and reached the semis on several occasions. And there is always a suprise side, often 2 sides do way better than what was expected of them

98 - Croatia and Denmark
94 - Bulgaria and Nigeria
90 - Cameroon and England
86 - Belgium and Mexico

At least it makes the tournament more interesting having the African sides. People like the David vs Gothiath matches.

Thats like saying the non-league teams shouldn't be allowed in the f.a cup!!
Its cos of them that the F.a cup is probably the best competition in the world where any side on their day can beat another!
So the "weaker" nations should be allowed it as long as they've earned their right 2!!

by the wya you think we should be able to see only italy brazil france ..etc in the wc ? thats kinda stupid cause little sides are growing too lets take wc 98 for examp[le who won the 3d place?croatia wasnt that a surprise ? and i think that france arranged a couple of matches to become wc champions but anyway croatia was unknown before wc 98 this proves how much little countries need to be in there as well

This guy is smoking some. Cuz Brazil became 1st and Turkey became 3rd so surely this must mean something. Costa Rica also had the chance to advance also so i dont know why this group was so boring to you. Obviously you think world cup should be euro 2002 instead. or you dont know much about football.
