I kinda feel bad for Roma. I think they have been having a rollercoaster season so far in the serie A. Inter choked big time but its tough to beat the defending CL champs especially in there home. So the pressure was there. I think if Hernan Crespo would've of been out there it would of been different. His finishing skills are lethal to be honest.

Serie is facing total depression recently not only efforts but also causing risky situations. Maybe after 08-09 Uefa Cup, Bundesliga can reach into third place of UEFA ranking. Third place and fourth place in UEFA ranking is different as CL and UC ticket.

The seventh penalty taker doesn't really have "balls" considering he had little choice in the matter at that point. After him are the REALLY inaccurate field players and the goalkeeper.

Italy better watch their ass. If Bayern wins the CL, and Werder or Hamburg win the UEFA Cup then Italy could face a real problem in terms of coefficients.

If I was Italian, I'd become an Udinese supporter really quick.

Not just, that, but Italy needs Juve, Inter, Roma, and Milan to qualify every year not Fiorentina, Lazio, or Genoa or anyone else who is challenging for 4th place, no matter how much those teams deserve it. We need teams with the caliber to get it past the group stage.
