ok my problem is that when i install the patch i dont get all the 10 stadiums...
i had to import Royal Bafokeng,Peter Mokaba,Mbombela n Free State stadiums from the Fifa Mania patch.... so is it normal to not have these stadiums or is it only me having this problem???

Whenever I press Start, a dialog bog appears saying:

"Fifa 10 is not installed correctly. Please reinstall."

I used the fixed WC.reg from the download thread, replaced the db; but no use.
Any suggestion guys?

so i have a tiny request....can some one upload the scoreboard png with a resolution of 256x256??...this is my last request....after this i can also help in solving others problems... the patch works perfectly for me other than the scoreboards...

i wanted the world cup scoreboard....and yeah...you can edit the boots using the CM 10

u should not install the patch in the same folder as the FIFA 10!!!....
after u extract the patch....run the WC.reg fix provided in patch folder or use this..

The modmakers just don't see (or don't want to) that there are still crashes. Maybe they are too lazy do make a final fix after X months of work, i don't know and i just don't understand it.

So it seems, that we should fix the database ourselves. (Because of the game crash before some matches - after loading animation.) I would try, but don't know how.

How can i edit the fifa.db? With CM10? I downloaded it, but don't really now how to use it and what to do.

Regularcat told me to check teams/stadium links and some player's textures. How? o.O

Please, help us & let us play this great mod.

jus shut up.... the modders worked hours n months on the patch...and people like u were so earger to download that they dint get a chance to test the patch...... an as far as a database fix...use the one in the main thread...

Do you think i'm so stupid and didn't use the database fix? I did, still crashes.

And i know that modders workd hours n months, i'm just telling there are still crashes (i'm not the only) and no response from the modders.

God knows how will it be solved. Still no answer from the devs. Huh !

sorry...i dont know how to quote more than 1 post...

Here is how to import boots

1.open CM 10
2.Click file->Select all->Choose your patch directory
3.open the fifa.db
4.go to boot section
5.import the boots
6.assign the boots to the required players
7.save the changes
n we are done

I have downloaded the patch using the torrent. It contains three rar files,
a fifa.db, a WC.reg, and a locale.ini

Steps:
1. I installed FIFA 10 at CProgram Files\EA Sports\Fifa 10
2. I extracted the rar file contents to RProgram Files\EA Sports\Fifa 10 WCSA
3. made a shortcut of the 2010 FIFA WORLD CUP LAUNCHER to desktop
4. copied the WC.reg to the patch installation path (of step 2) and executed it to add the information in registry. (I know location does not matter for this WC.reg file, still...)
5. copied the fifa.db from patch folder to /data/cmn of patch installation folder (of step 2) to replace the existing one.

Then started the launcher from the desktop shortcut. Pressed the start button. Then the message box appeared with the error message.
I also tried to Rebuild FAT and try again, but no use there as well.
