Some people don't know sh!t about football, who was the team playing defensive football today to get a draw? Yeah, Liverpool.

yes but because Juve are so used to defensive football.... they couldn't score tonight and break an average Liverpool defence...

Congrats to Liverpool, they did well to keep us out. Sucks for us but hopefully this means we can take out another Scudetto.

It's definately possible, but a treble is waaaaayyy harder to do in Italia than it is in England. A double is possible, especially if we get some reinforcements in midfield and defence.

the fact that Capello is the coach will help the team attract a lot of high profile players frpm Roma or Real Madrid ;)

Juve were horrible and it would of been unfair if they went through to the semis because they clearly didn't deserve it. Congrats 'Pool

I read shez mentioned Juve as "another example of an Italian defensive team" or something like that.

Who are the others? Explain why as well.

don't get him to explain shev7, he has no explanation and no idea.

everyweek juve come up against teams in serie a who DEFEND, 6-7 man defences sometimes, yet juve are still leading with milan
so to say juve can't deal with defence shows his ignorance

Shez thinks he knows a lot. Juve have been doing noting but dealing with ultra defensive teams and winning more often than not.

Anyway, this is just plain dissapointing. Chelsea - Juve would have been some spectacle...

If only that goal in the previous leg wasn't disallowed...

I'm criticizing the Catenaccio (sp?) mentality..not the teams themselves....the transition to a more attacking style is a problem...I've nothing against Juve,Milan or Roma,...But i feel that this style of football needs to be driven into Extinction since it had made most of the games with italian teams involved mostly a boring spectacle..this is not only my opinion but the whole world basically... though i do respect the necessity of this approach and Liverpool fans didn't mind it today....I'm a football fan and i want to see goals, good defending and creativity not a team that plays like Man Utd of 2005!!

plz refer to the Juve v AC Milan Final and compare it to any final in the last 5 years......

I do not disagree with you guys but if you are trying to convince me that your team is used to dealing with defences while it can't score at home against the likes of Biscan,Traore,Carragher and Dudek then maybe you should think again....

I'm not trying to impress anyone with my opinions....after all anyone can always turn off their PC and get on with their lives :jap:
cheers

Dont look at that final and look at everything else.

Milan have virtually beaten every European superpower since that winning campaign.

Lyon
Real Madrid
Bayern Munich
Borrussia Dortmund
Juventus
Inter
Roma
Barcelona
Manchester United
Deportivo (twice with four goals, mind you ;))
Ajax

I dont think there is any club in Europe that has beaten this crop of teams in the past two/three years.

And Milan didnt play Catenaccio while beating them.
