Adjusting Crowd Audio

anybody know if the crowd audio can be adjusted in a product.ini file? I'm not talking about the overall volume, which can be controlled with the in game settings. I'm talking about making the crowd more lively throughout the match, with more "oohhs and ahhs" and not just coming alive on a goal. It sounds like I'm playing my games in a library right now. The crowd needs to wake up

I do have custom chants, but for some reason they are not as audible and dont play as frequently as in the console versions. And I do have my crowd chants edited to be pretty loud. Not sure if it has to do with the patch and product.ini I am using
