you can assign any boots for any players with many editors, for example this

you must click on "this" and download an editor from that site; with this editor you can set all 9 boots

Can anyone help me to make a suitable palette for the boots in this image? I've tried doing it using Photoshop, but it's coming out all screwed up? Can anyone help?

open the *.bin file of the boots ... (*.ee and *.gs) ... export the textures ... delete the tongue (with photoshop or paintshop) ... and import the texture in the *.bin file ... it's fixed ...

the one on the sidde of the tex but lower down then insert a block of black 1,1,1 where it was but theres no much point cos the double tongue will onky happen in edit mode

but how can i do this in Paint Shop Pro 6, or i need Paint Shop Pro 7/8 for this? I can´t find the option in PSP6
