Find out how to enter, on mine I press F5 when the computer posts. Unfortunately my BIOS is locked unless I go mess around with the jumpers on my motherboard, which I don't really feel like doing.
You probably want to try upping the FSB speed first until it is unstable, then maybe up the voltage or drop the multiplier. Remember to get a temperature monitoring program, and a good benchmark to stress the computer to ensure it is stable. (perhaps Prime 95 or 3DMark 2003?)
