delete the "ModData" folder in your Fifa 18 directory, after that launch the patch
His files are his files, and he'd be crazy and wasting his time to upload anything. Because obviously his file works, it works for him. So his file isn't the problem. The problem is with the Frosty tools compatibility and EA updates. That's what people need to fix, not the mod.

I think there is a problem with the language, I can not get a language selection, I changed an entry in the locale.ini...my language selection is over Origin...
Of course it does, you're all German over there, and therefore have the sort of structured, disciplined minds required to problem-solve, lol.

It is set to english, but even after I set it to german it is not working.
Anyway Andy, thanks for your effort making this. It seems that are too many variables in play here and it's impossible for someone to take them all into accoount, so for some work and for other don't, that's just a fact since fifa series appeared.
I'll keep on trying to find a solution untill I succed.
That is what I said in the first time, this seems to be a language problem not the patch itself so sooner or later i'll get to the bottom of it.
There are 1000 reasons why these mods work for one person and not another. Heck, I have two PCs, and the mod I created worked on one PC but not the other! In other words, it's not your problem to problem-solve for people. There is all sorts of info on this site about how to fix the Frosty compatibility issues, people need to search and read and figure it out themselves.
Nevertheless it might be helpful if you edit your first post, and state which EA update version this mod is designed for. Also, if you have updated Frosty tools, post which update. Then people will clearly know which update version etc. your mod will work with.

yes, the tools are weird they also have some bugs, it has become harder to change...
but there is usually a solution, it's sometimes small things why it does not work, you just have to find it...

Ok, this sounds like a good ideea, but how do you recommend doing this?
I remember in fifa 16 there was a command line to insert into the locale.ini, can't quite remember what that command was...sometthing like skipbootflow=1 maybe?
You can do that yourself, you don't need him to tell you. Download Fidel's or Paul's any modder's locale and check. Or just look at the ini you have in FIFA 16.

Right, so now to some serious stuff, Andy.
Like every year, I try to improve the game by adding more grapphic stuff to stadiums mostly.
Given that in this edition (again) if you do not play premier league, you have no graphich, i'll take again this problem first.
So, my first project is to "paint" some stadiums, not only generic ones, but stadiums like wanda or azteca in order to have specific colours and graphics for german teams with no specific stadium and assign those stadium to these teams.
However this year is somehow different and I'm not yet sure where are the stadiums stored or even if this is possible, but i'll surely try, if you could point in the direction of stadiums it would be nice. (can't find them in frosty)
