Anfield Shadow Help...

got this anfield from fifaturkey..by Kerim Apaydýn...

i changed the pitch,adboards,terrace colour and a few other small

stuff...however i have no idea how to rectify the shadow,coz the

one that came with the stad is wrong. any ideas?

the original stad

this was the original stad by Kerim Apaydýn...before i tinkered with it....(oh..the great looking pitch i used to change the orig pitch is courtesy of OT century by Yujie of soccered)

there is a shadow file in the 04cd_s.big, cov04cd.fsh, 0000.fsh
just edit this and set the tranparencies using ea graphics editor

and make sure you change the fujifilm ads to carlsberg or radio city 96.7 (not sure which one it is)

and there is not a nike adboard

hey thanks scouser...

i'll try dat out...newayz i changed the fuji boards to carlsberg already...but the nike adboard...i juz put it there to see how it looks..

the prob is, my adboards dont appear in the game..the only ones that appear are part of the stadium structure, i'l change the nike one to radio city....

i'll ask kerim of fifaturkey for permission to re release the stad when i'm done....

any other things i should change?

scouser..i tried to do wat u mentioned earlier without success...
what am i doing wrong?
i have no idea...i'm in way a little over my head at the moment and i would really appreciate some help...regarding these shadows.....

newayz..i managed to add the adboards and yeah,out of sheer frustration i juz played arnd with YJ's OT shadows...looks good but hey..it's YJ's....

YJ...u know abt using the conRav thingy to add the shadows to the pitch...u got any tutorials abt basic stad making techniques..i believe i need to learn more b4 attempting any more alterations...

another thingy...

this adboard is part of the stadium structure so i cant do much abt it...its 38 by 76 and my axa board lokks very stretched...again any ideas?

these are the adboards i used for the stad..made the ww.liverpoolfc.tv since there werent any arnd...and oh yeah..hows dat radio city ad look like? i'll go find out...if u see any adboard dat i missed pls tell me.....

try extracting cov04cd.fsh from 04cd_s.big using ea graph and then importing the new image into it

i have tried it and got success importing it

the white parts of the image apear transparent in the game and the black apear as shadow

when i imported it back in it was a 256 colour bitmap image

then import cov04cd.fsh back into 04cd_s.big using ea graph

if you are successful do the same for cn, rd and rn

yep...i tried dat earlier but didnt noe why it didnt turn out in the game...the old shadow still appeared...mebbe i need to use the same transaprency palette....i'll get down on it in a tick...

btw..did u see the pics of the proposed new anfield?
cool huh? but i've really grown attached to our current one...as many others do i believe...so many magical moments..

have u asked fifa turkey about re-releasing it
they probably will but you will have to put it on there site with yours and the origanal authers name in the credits

oh yeah..i mailed kerim and the fifaturkey team last week abt rereleasing the stad, but so far no reply..i have no idea why,i'll just keep mailing them tho...


gosh...just realised..did ya see the new proposed stad?
its got open corners!! dat cant very well be gd for the atmosphere! i do hope it'll top OT tho...

i think they will change the design slighly to get rid of the open bits
