This IS a community, but some people take criticism differently... when Jimbob just started making boots I gave him criticism aimed at helping him and he used it and evolved into one of best bootmakers on the Fifa scene. I think we make boots in pretty much the same way, therefore he would be able to point at my boots as an example to new bootmakers. It is mostly a matter of getting critical areas of the boot in the appropriate area of the template, then the rest will follow. Hrvoje had made a tutorial that was reportedly very popular, for Fifa 2003... newbies may want to check it out, but if there are enough requests, I will make a boot making tutorial of my own. In the meantime, just bear in mind that your finished boots should look like the template in shape. I saw a boot in a thread that had the original black template visible behind the red boot that was made... that's not the way, kids.

And no its not a competition well i dont think it is, i make boots for the community not to take the credit away from other people. criticism is a good thing for me, it drives me on and makes me improve my boots but again great boots and great job...

Boot making is just a hobbie you would like to share with others, And is no doubt a good job i bet you would like to do it all day and get paid.
