have an x800 and on cut scenes and replays im getting 3 fps. any fix or ideas, or even an explanation?

Open the three files cfg_pc_ on notepad or any other text editor.
Search for those lines there:
DISABLE_DOF = 0
DISABLE_POSTFX = 0
Change the 0 to 1 so it stays:
DISABLE_DOF = 1
DISABLE_POSTFX = 1
Close and save
Gonna loose some new visual effects like Field of view but should play a lot smoother.
Another thing that could work is disable cinematics
disable AA but I like to play my games with AA on.
Let us know if one of the things works and let's hope for the best when the full game will be released in a few days.
EDIT:
One other thing I found out, get the Demo match explorer from MD and play the game in 'windowed' style, no more choppy cutscenes!
