There are three-four leagues within the EPL and that's what makes it more exciting....

Nice point about Valencia. Has Villarreal stepped it up big time or were the other greats that ****ed up? Racing had a good season but they're overachieving, next season will be a better measure to their capabilities. I didnt call La Liga weak, I said it was a mediocre season. The fact the Spain's best side by a mile have been humbled my Italy's second best (currently, as they're the fourth force there, Milan and Juve just need to rebuild their squads), which is also a very inconsistent side must tell you something.

England is always the same big four because of money, but I never said EPL is a better league competitiveness wise, have I? By the way, why are you talking about England anyway? Why do all you La Liga fans start to bash the EPL as soon as your league is being criticized?

In my opinion La Liga had a mediocre season, since none of the big guns did really perform and the bigger equity between the smaller clubs doesnt really improve the quality of the football shown.

If you disagree with it (and you also have a point), it's alright mate.

Actually Lean marcelino who is now Racing's boss and who coached Recreativo last season within a point of UEFA is the reason for Racing's rise, the only reason you dont see mroe consistency on teams in spain is because coaches move a lot more than they do in England which has the resulting afterthoughts....I think the fact that you admit that the EPL is not a better competitive league proves also the point that the EPL is not technically better....The Big Four in England made the quaterfinals with mostly foreign rosters, including the "Spanish Liverpool" that further proves that teams who are made up of mostly english players do not have the quality to perform at the desired level....In spain only Barcelona, Madrid and Atletico have a heavy foreign influence, the rest including teams like Getafe. Racing, even Valencia are mostly Spanish and Villareal too...

Also I would hardly call the game Madrid played against Roma in Rome hardly humbling if you watched that game everything but the score favored us should have been a drubbing which would have changed the final score I am sure...

The case about Fiorentina is also mute, the fact is that Fiorentina were a mid level power always until Batistuta left and even now their finishing fourth is an anomaly not a rule and you know that as Milan are old and aging fast...I promise you it will not happen next year....
