I remember when Ajax wanted to buy Uche from Legia Warszaw I think. He refused to play for Legia in order to force a transfer to Amsterdam and was suspended for 6 months by the club. This will only have a negative result on Hargreaves I fear and if he's not carefull the same will happen to him.
Anyway end of story is that Uche kept playing for Legia so... :rolleyes:
At the time Legia refused the transfer as well.

No, he thought he couldn't give 100% with all the **** surrounding him and the fans would have probably booed him as well.

So now he can really concentrate on Bayern again.

That's awesome. And by awesome of course I mean that's it's a major douchebag thing to do, but since he's Oliver Kahn he can do whatever he wants.

Although I don't exactly know why he was at the VMA's. Doesn't he have practice or something in Munich? Is Rensing the starter now and we just don't know it yet?

After a two week break our next game is Saturday against third division team St. Pauli. Shouldn't be a walk in the park, it's the last test before the CL next week. Kahn's suspended for shouting "wankers" at some Frankfurt fans in the Cup final last season.

Please no Santa Claus again. :rolleyes:

How about this lineup? I still wanna try the 3-5-2 (our 2001 CL winning formation btw.). It gives us so many more options during a game, on both ends.

I actually like that formation. Very packed in the midfield and Sagnol would be able to run back and defend or go up and attack i guess.

As far as the lineup i think we should consider the fact that is was a worthless pokal game, i don't see why we should criticize Magath on this one.

HAHAHAHAHA :rofl: , thats good magath pulled off a victory though. we always start slow and then we begin to play better so im not worried plus st.pauli arent that bad, they knocked out werder last season.

meh, at least it's kinda logical

Poldi vs Dortmund - 2 minutes
Poldi vs Bochum - 15 minutes
Poldi vs Nürnberg - 30 minutes
Poldi vs St Pauli - 45 minutes

But still, this game proved that Podolski is our best ******* striker at the moment. He can keep the ball, waits for the deep passes and finds his teammates if necessary. Maybe it's because he played Makaay's role in the second half.

I have a hard time picking a MoM. Hargreaves was outstanding as usual. He started as a right midfielder, then played the dm role in the second half and finally did his job at RB when Lucio got sent off. I can't believe this guy was a benchplayer for such a long time, he's been one of our cornerstones in the last couple of games.
Sagnol did pretty well as well, especially once he replaced Lucio at CB.

Van Bommel played as good as you can expect after ten days at his new club. He also showed his versatility. RM, DM and Ballack's "8" role all in his first game.
