Make America Great Again
German FA has developed, and will continue to develop excellent managers. Look at some of the success recently of clubs like RB Leipzig, Mainz, Hertha. That's not because of players, or the league being weak.

Serie A have Montella, Allegri,Sousa,Spalletti and Sarri etc. Bundesliga has great coaching/trainers and player development similar to Spain I agree but lack management at some resourced clubs with highest level experience and power of personality.
That Pep thing, I said that before he even started coaching Bayern and also said he'd help in bringing German NT to the next level for his tactical ideas and they won the WC.
I think Italians have the most number of top managers around all things considered but their player production level is still behind the likes of Spain, Belgium, France,Portugal and Germany. And as I said, I believe the best of the best of each major nation are all in the PL.
That's what I said.Arnau;3967930 said:Thats 3/4 top managers, i'm talking about global scale... Coaches in youth teams both in Germany and Spain are excellent.

I just got it in the mail, and have a pre-order in for the new Marti Perarnau Pep book.
