I made a db with your data. You need use Frostyeditor v1.0.3alpha4 to import the files. And launch the game with frostyeditor too.

In FIFA 17 and FIFA 18 PC (frostbite) version the kits are not in .rx3 format. They are in .dds format.
Ok, so what about the positioning of the names/numbers on the kits? How is that assigned?

They are assigned by a file inside the kit container:

No, dds is an image file format, like png. Those numbers for placement are stored in some kind of text file inside the container of the kits. It is not possible to export them, at the moment.
But you can still view them, right? So you can export the images of the kits, then put the corresponding coordinates for kit names & numbers in the .rx3, using File Master for ex.?
