I was in Winnipeg back in 1998. The people were so nice, it was creepy. I was basically surrounded by homosexuals everywhere i went. I could not live there.

Just reading one of newspapers in Indonesia, there's one ads telling about how to get a permanent residence in Canada. It states one of the requirement: 100,000 Canadian dollars.

I'll try to leave Indonesia one day, my expectation would be to go back to USA again or maybe Canada.

Marriage is simply a union between two people who love each other. Arguments against same-sex marriage state that it is between a man and a woman. Says who? The Bible? Sorry, but I believe there is a same correlation in putting the bible in to explain the world. Take slavery for example. Throughout thousands of years slavery of 'colored people' seemed to be the 'norm' in society. It is until the late 19th and 20th century that began to change. Now 'colored people' are considered men equal in society, even though there still is an awful lot of discrimination, and we're far from reaching equality. In the same sense, don't you believe that two people who love each other be brought into marriage? Dismissing it is simply discrimatory and homosexuality is quite normal in biology. Studies have shown how different animals bond with same sex animals of their species. Although it is minor, it still occurs. A step towards accepting marriage between two people is a step towards equality, as well as a step towards elimnating this homophobia against people who are different.
