you need to hit 'esc' to exit from ePSXe, it's at this point that the memory card updates are physically written to disk
i've found you can only use one memory card with ePSXe - if you configure two, ePSXe thinks you have 4 cards called 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d but you can only actually access the first one.

Is it me or are version 1.5 grafix slightly better? mine seem sharper or maybe its just coz I updated plugins...
also v off the point has anyone ever play ACE 3 on epsxe, can you play it for long? I had trouble on early versions after about the 4th mission? (soory for missing the point).

It was down to my iso file, id cocked up the copy!!!
Well for all you people who have been waiting for so long you can now get your copy of the CL patch here...

If you think your team is misrepresented then firstly think this thru:
1) Have transfers happened recently? Then why the hell didnt you tell me when I asked for info recently? Let me know now and I will update for the super patch..
2) Did you think youre players are crap, they probably are then... If you feel badly done to let me know here and I might be able to explain...
3) If its the kit why the frig didnt you tell me before...
4) If its the formation why the frig didnt you respond to my posts?
If you do notice any glaring mistakes (wrong race, etc) please let me know here I will fix them in the next release! Remember I have done about 1500 players, so Im bound to make mistakes particularly where some teams have very little info on them!
There is some colour clashing as we have not found a way to fix it yet. If you can come up with a better scheme do it and Ill name you in the credits!
I cant fix teh names at the beginning of the game, I have yet to see anybody do it, so dont harass me about it.
The Super Patch will include:
1) Corrected Kickers & captains
2) Menu Bars
3) Corrected shirts in menus
4) New transfers
5) ML update!

and the Rangers team is all wrong!

Ah damn, I was hoping the patch would work for me but it didn't.
The bin file was the same size and I applied the patch but when I run it in my Playstation, all it does spin for 30 seconds and then stop. Do you have to burn it at a slow speed or something?

Ummm have you tried playing it on epsxe first? If that works Im not sure go to http://www.issextreme.com and try reading up on it there is some stuff on there about creating patched CDs..

What can I say- excellent patch! Thanx for all the time you've devoted to making it.
I'd previously started a Champions League tournament using zoosebs patch, with a piece of fantastic software called League Track 5.0 (allows you to set up CL groups (from 32 teams), enter results, scorers, cards, penalties, OG's, shows graphs, top scorers - you name it, it does it!) but had put it on hold 'till your patch was released. It was worth the wait, mate!

BTW, if anyone wants to d/l League Track 5.0, it can be obtained from www.ngthomas.co.uk. It's a great piece of software and it's free (and no, I'm not on commission!!).

Can anyone help me out with my problem? When I play the bin I made from the game unpatched on ePSXe it runs perfectly. When I add the patch it doesn't work in ePSXe. Something about a recompile problem. When I burn it onto disc at 2x, it doesn't load up in my PSX, it just spins wildly. Once it made it's way to the Konami logo but every time it has to access the disc, it just keeps spinning and making this weird noise.
HELP, I really, really want to try this patch. Is there any other way I can add it to a bin file?

The flags are generally based on their team colours. So some are the same not really thought too much about that in particular..

I apologize if I'm getting annoying but I'm determined to get this patch working.
For the rosters, uniforms, etc. what files inside the bin are updated? Would it be possible to edit those files myself manually by importing info from the patch? Yeah, sounds stupid but I'm taking a shot in the dark right now.
