1-0 to us against City.
I know I've said it a number of times,but its good to have the Bison back. With Essien close to full fitness, we look like a different team attacking-wise, we didn't score a bucket full of goals, but the way we commanded the midfield, regardless if it was against an understrength City midfield, we looked a lot more convincing and solid compared to before. Essien's return has given us the attacking flow from midfield with his powerhouse play, something that we lacked since last season. Even Ballack looks more composed with Essien alongside him.
Well taken goal, commanding the midfield, what more could you ask from the Bison?
Lamps had an off day(for his high standards), which is understandable after the Juve game. All in all, a good week for us.

Pizarro is tearing it up with Diego in GERMANLAND 
I still think he needs to be given another chance with Chelsea because in my honest opinion he wasn't given a fair chance for the lad to get adjusted to the EPL. He has the physical but maybe the speed is his lack of adjustment?
Has Malouda done anything while he has been a chelsea player? All that comes to my head when i think about him is overrated and high priced (?) but hey thats just me and I dont really follow the lad.

Now that u mention it, even Voronin is ripping the defenses in Bundesliga with ease.
I agree from the notion that Pizarro deserves as much of a chance as Malouda does at Chelsea. But sadly,IMO I'd rather not have both in the future and let our youngsters come through the ranks. We have some great prospects, mentioned numerous times, likes of Mancienne, Stoch, Sinclair and Kakuta. Particularly in the Premiership where the pace and work rate is important compared to other leagues. We just can't afford to have 30++ year olds who haven't proven their Premiership class yet.
