Well, I have to say that we were owned by Sneijder's passing in the match. I think it was 5-6 times he carved up our defense open with brilliant vision and quick passing.

The only period where we looked anywhere near to scoring a goal was at the end of the first half.
Inter's strong arm tactics(which included using rugby tackles when dealing with our set pieces) and organized defense nullified us completely. Everyone looked clueless, apart from Malouda IMO.

All in all, another year in Europe ends with disappointment but not as painful as the previous years. We just have to focus on the League and FA Cup now. Which isn't so bad compared to last year, where we were out of the title race after being eliminated from the CL.

We missed the attacking prowess of A.Cole from left-back, altho Zhirkov did a great job, same as Cech(altho again, Turnbull did good for us).

But the biggest miss is probably Michael Essien. Against the top teams in Europe I think we performed at our best with him in our side.

Finally, I would like to add that Motta is fu<kin ****. He ain't in the Inter side to play football. He's just there for winding people up and wasting time while rolling on the ground. Dirty tackler as well. I hope somehow, he'll get a red card in SF(should Inter make it) and miss the final. He deserves it.

As for Drogba, we were down and out, and being the emotional person that he is, succumbed to Motta's tactics and duly deserved the red card. Now we'll start next season's CL without him yet again.

I wouldn't mind coming up short 4 years in a row if it meant we were progressing, but we've stopped progressing. Our squad is getting old, and chances are Abramovich will sack Carlo.

This is basically Mourinho's team being managed by different managers. I don't care if we come in 2nd again next year, and the year after that, and so on for a while, but I want to see progress.

That said, we're definitely not out of the league, and I'll still be disappointed if we don't win it. We can beat ManU away, I know we can, and if we do that, we can win the league.

Yeah thats an old team. You need some young fresh players. Most of your current players have won it all already and the hunger for titles is not there anymore. That said, you guys shouldn't be worried. Your billionaire owner will splash out money as always.

I think Chelsea has the best individual players in the EPL TBH. They have world-class players in every department. The problem is that the drive isn't there... That's the main issue IMO. And drawing a game doesn't mean its over. There are 7 games left and all 3 teams have very tough schedules.
