Would be super if FIFA 14 from the beginning, you can modify the files as in fifa 13. that you could play the Scottish leagues tournaments starting in August 2013. How long do you take to make one?I run into this issue each year.

The other issue is that EA release their game in October so you are behind to start with.
If EA were crazy enough to release an expansion instead of a new game each year which included stadium creator, tournament creator, new kits and roster updates, I would be amazed, thrilled and needing the pinch myself. I've run into this for so many years.
To be honest, I have never been overly concerned with the rosters, I simply have often made sure each team sits at a certain level when compared to others. SPL may go down to 60, Div 1 = 60-50, Div 2 = 50-35, Div 3 = 30 - 20, Highland League = 25-15, EoS = 20-10, SoS = 15-8, Juniors (Level 5) = 16-8, (Level 6) = 12-5, (Level 7) = 8-3, (Level 8) = 5-2. I am big on the right names for players, but likenesses and faces have rarely been my concern. I someone was happy to make the players look right (like Kaps has done), then I'm happy to make the kits, logos, adboards etc, though not the tournments.

Most clubs below the SPL have to buy their kits from a manufacturer like Adidas or Nike. It costs money for the club, but they at least can get something comfortable and of good quality. Some clubs like East Fife have their own inhouse kit supplier but these kits are generally pretty lame, though the East Fife Third kit this year is almost universally adored thanks to the Saltire.
Clubs in the SPL are generally lucky enough to have kits supplied to them free of charge, but not neccesarily Nike, more likely Diadora or Umbro, not so nice.

So in a nutshell, even if the kit templates stay the same for FIFA 14, the changes in kits is hard to sort out for FIFA 13 and I generally don't bother as I may have to redesign the kits again with a new template come October. I generally can't get really good kit information until October anyway, so I start kitmaking in earnest then.

In Russia we don't show Scottish football, and watch over the Internet too poor quality broadcasts. I can only watch the best moments of the Scottish Premier League on Youtube. Only from this season I got interested in the Scottish League. for me was the revelation that from the third League no one is eliminated. Tell Ross County, who are his sworn rival?

you did a great job ... thank you for your work. Can you lay out the billboards? A pitty that this year there is no scoreboard accounts, for FIFA 12 normally I did notice board SKY Sports and Npower championship matches were very realistic.
