Tell me please, how is the budget of Premier League clubs? also I heard they want to reconstruct football leagues in Scotland, your opinion how to better structure now? or that want a new offer structure of leagues.

Not sure how big the budgets are but they are always tight. Then again Rangers showed that financial management isn't always that important.

The concept of a Scottish Pyramid may be a pipe dream. Time will tell.

Here in Russia, is also not stable with financing of clubs, particularly from the regions. Where the main sponsor is the State or province. There are financial giants as Zenit St. Petersburg, Lokomotiv Moscow, they can spend a fortune. We also have a very harsh climate especially after the Ural mountains, fields and stadiums are terrible. But we will have World Cup 2018 year. And great stadiums would be built. So if nadumaeš′ are always welcome to visit our country. Very much looking forward to Scotland in World Championships. Last time you were there were 1998, if I'm not mistaken.

Locomotive and here in this series? you forgot to mention Anji, CSKA and Spartak with Rubin, and stadiums can be built, if only people would not throw off the dictator and Putin.

My first foray into the FIFA world was FIFA 94 which I enjoyed because you could could change the names and also score easy goals by standing in front of the other teams' goalkeeper.
Then I bought World Cup 94 which I thought was phenomenal as you could change the jersey colours, players names and even skin colour. If you wanted players with green skin you could do it.
Then back to FIFA, the ability to manipulate blew my mind. So much so that I got greedy. I would replace some diddy team with Ross County and make the kits and try to get the palette working. Then over time I've come to make lots of kits and make lots of teams with adboards, balls and I still am an impatient prick who wants more tweeking I woiuldn't have dreamed of with FIFA 94 and its isometic view which was impossible for me with a dodgy joystick.
I've been wanting a stadium editor since 2003 when Football Manager came with one. The invent of the dlc and its tournament coding has frustrated me greatly.
Where in 2001 I would have been happy for Ross County to replace the Buds, now I want the full experience. I am indeed greedy it seems.
I'm almost at the stage where I would pay a yearly licence to EA to build a game with full support and scope for mull manipulation.

Wow, now that's experience of FIFA. I wonder how you play tournaments? You play for one particular team? or choose all the clubs in the tournament? I currently play all the teams of the Scottish Premier League (choose the command House) yesterday I beat Ross County 2-0 Hibernian.

Usually just as one player against the computer. As such I keep continuity and feel more amongst things than playing god.
