Madrid has the same "problem" than Barça. Both teams supporters don't undertand football as destroying opponents football and taking profit of its weakeness. They expect its team to dominate the game and create football
I agree possession doesn't win a game, but not having the ball either. You've won because you've been better finishing.
what I asked before: If Collina has disallowed you're 4th goal and you had been eliminated, wouldn't you think that you had wasted the game in Nou Camp with your defensive style? maybe you could had scored more goals if you had attacked?

Point taken, but when i wrote that specific post, i wasn´t defending Mourinho´s reaction and decision not to show up to the press conference, i was just expressing my point of view towards the Mourinho personality issue, the eternal arrogant vs confident debate

why was the ball being used an Umbro ball and not the normal Adidas CL ball? i also noticed no Adidas adboards. do Chelsea have a clause sponsorship deal with Umbro that says that?

congrats to Chelsea for the great win! They showed a lot of heart and fighting spirit, they deserve to go through even though Barca had all the possesion and Collina did everything to help Chelsea lose. That penalty was a complete joke, Ferreira had his back to the ball, he couldn't even see it when it hit his arm...it doesn't get any more unintentional than that.

and whats this about chelsea the better team, or even a good team at all?? chelsea have destroyed football and what it should stand for by assembling a team based on money and gathering as many big names as possible with just greenbacks. same goes for madrid. if you need that much money to come up with a team that dosent win every single game 4-0 then its just not worth it.

Anybody who uses this game as proof that the EPL is better than La Liga is ignorant. One very closely contested game does not determine the greatness of each league. If EPL teams handily beat the top Liga teams, then I would give in. I don't want to start a debate on which one is better, just don't use this game as definitive proof.
What an excellent match. Imagine what Chelsea would have done if Bridge and Robben were there as well, the left side of the pitch for the Blues in attack was completely empty throughout the game, Barca could of put all of their defenders on the right side . What a classic win though and well deserved, the fighting spirit of Mourinho is clearly there in Chelsea this year I don't see how they can be stopped from winning it all.

barca also spent alot of money.You play ur football, we play our football , there's no right or wrong football.U guys think attking is beautiful, we think defense is also beautiful~ talking about attk 20 mins for 3 goals is consider good attk.

Always next year for the Blaugrana boys, we will win the tripe next year. Also next year Madrid get relegated and bankrupt. 
Anyway that's one of the best CL games i have ever seen, rose to the expectation, a cracker of a match, can't recall a better match in the CL than this.

By the way, I've got a marca article here about eto'o's comments. He complains (with some truth) about the referee's decions, though I don't see him saying that Collina is the worst ref in the world. He also slandered Chelsea's style of play, saying that "it would be a joke for soccer if Chelsea won the champion's league."
I don't agree, I think Chelsea is good, but I don't want anybody replying with "THEN WHY DID THEY WIN?" I think we all remember some of the games that Greece played to win the Eurocup, and what a joke that was. Defend with 11 players 95% of the game, then score on a set piece. So yes, it's possible to win but still be criticized for the way they played.
