maybe you should stop using facegen textures. sharpening them doesn't make it any better. watch some tutorials

Yes I know how to make them in blender, but still have to fix some things in blender for this. As a base and ingame the facegen textures aren't as bad as you make them look like.
But first I will make the whole team of Stuttgart in facegen because I haven't got so much time in my week.
I think models are ok, textures are ok. hairs aren't such good.
But your right, with more effort and time the result will be much better :)

Your biggest problem isnt the hairs its the face textures

umm. it's probably gone corrupt during the export. you mght have to start over
