Hi Rinaldo, great that you're back with CM14!

I tried to change a texture in the Stadium model files, in this case the flags in Amsterdam ArenA. When I press the save button, I get the following error. Is this a known bug? Or am I doing something wrong? I tried importing a .png texture.

just got beta 2, had pirlos db installed and had full fl champ league 1 kits done and lots of extra kits added, the first time I open cm beta 2 it didnt detect my extra kits and somehow my db and career are corrupted now, strange just played a game 5 minutes ago, didnt change anything just opened for the first time with cm2??

Suggestion for Setting up tournament rules to make it easy:

So I'm thinking of an easier way to insert rules to make it as easy as possible so hear me out on this idea as I don't know if you can do it but its rather basic and you already have had something similar in past CM releases.

My idea is to make a rules wizard. This would be a button you click which comes up with a gray box and follows steps as follows.

Step 1. You click the "Rules Wizard" and the gray box pops up asking one of the following:

1."How do you want to fill this setup stage" then there is a drop down with the following options


a) Pull a specific team - The code on the tasks table would be "FillWithTeam"
b) Pull from a specific League - The code on the tasks table would be "FillFromLeague"
c) Pull from a specific country - The code on the tasks table would be "FillFromLeagueMaxFromCountry"
d) Pull from a tournament - The code for the tasks table would be "FillFromCompTable"

Step 2. After hitting "Next" you move to the option with a drop down corresponding to the league, country, team, or tournament you want to pull from.

Step 3. After hitting next again you would choose the "max number of teams from your selected league, tournament, or country" that would be entered into the tournament or league you are creating.

Ex: In this example below the max number of teams being pulled from the EPL into this tournament is 3.

Tournaments can pull from several leagues or even other tournaments.


Step 4. This is the last step, after hitting "Next" you go to picking the actual amount of teams that would be in that specific setup group stage from the specific league, country, or tournament you choose in step 2.. This is critical and where most make their mistakes when making a tournament or league.


Example: In this tournament you can see it has several setup groups so by the time you start implementing the rules your tournament or league structure is already set and you would chronologically implement the rules for each specific setup group.

Then 13 is the corresponding league the teams are pulled from that are going into this specific setup group.

Then you have the last two characters which are "3,3" this means the max number of teams getting pulled into this specific setup group is 3 and the max teams from this country that can go into this setup group is 3.

I hope this makes sense and I am not a programmer but it seems like it would be easy to implement based on what I have seen you do with previous CM releases. This would make it fool proof for newbies so you aren't having to respond to bug reports that aren't really bugs.

I know the tables very well but using the current rules setup in CM is very confusing.

I have installed Creation Master 14 on my pc ( windows 8 , Framework 4.5 ) but it doesn't start ( also if i launch it like administrator ):( . This is due my pc is not compatible with the beta version or I must fisrt install other software ?

I still have the same problem... I have Win 7 - 64Bit and i have dowloaded Netframework 4.0. I have tried starting the programme as Admin and everything.

But every time i press save the programme freezes. Anyone got a solution?

Freezes ? Have you waited some time after pressing save ?

But after you save it and re-opens CM14, it reverts back as seen in pic 1. It works perfect with DBMaster 14, but once you view the name through CM14, it reverts back to original. Pls have a look into it . Thank You master (Y)

it's shows incorrect values and I can't change them, so, in Beta 2 skills doesn't work at all :/
OS: Windows 8.1
in beta 1 I had no problems except incorrect values ingame and in CM

I load the db and do all the changes but when I go to save, the program freeze and I have to terminate it from the task manager. In this way my db becomes unusable.
Any solutions? Thanks.

Beta 2 still renames loc data at will in the tournaments section. It happened in beta 1 as well. In this pick you can see where it changed the name for the country of Sweden to UEFA. Seems like if you click on one tournament/league tree and then open another and make an edit it pulls the loc data from the previous tree you opened. Last time I had the issue was when I added the J league. I had the EPL tree open for reference and had my J league tree open and it renamed the EPL to J league.
