Does this happen to you anytime?you play with a good team have a good lineup, and have good tactics and still manage to stay in between 3rd and 5th. Thats happening to me with Man United anyone have any tips?

Use more defensive tactics against Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle and Chelsea. That was my main problem in EPL, always got the 2nd place, because i couldnt beat the main teams. Now with Milan i'm almost unbeatable, and the defensive tactics work wonders against those offensive minded teams.

Change your tactic, maybe it has been cracked. Also i perfer to play 4-1-3-2 in the EPL works well if you put your midfilder centeral an arrow that goes all the way up to the forwards as if he was a third forward.

Also if your still playing Bartez that thats another problem If want a young keeper that becomes world class get Kasper Schumecer (SP) or for a very good keeper get Marcos ( Chelsea always get him thought but he plays very good ) Also for your defense on Defender left got Mike Zonnveld, he only coast 2.5 million pounds and is the best left back in the game better then Cole For right back get Gilberto Martinez his excellent, i have a pic of him in the Screenshot showoff thread if wanna see.

I didnt think about playing defensive agaisnt the big teams.

Plus TottiZidane those are great tips, this is Cm4 jsut incase your wondering. I still play Barthez but hes worth like 18 mil so i dont know if i should let him go. I got Vitor Valdes and put him in the reserves but hes done nil, nada and crap. My young guys are great but I will try to get that goalie and that defender, but this is the problem and help me out. I have Chivu and Silvestre at left back what should I do. I tried playing Silvestre in the middle and Ferdinand on the right , when i played with 3 defenders and it worked alrite. So should I still buy that defensiveman your talking about?

Plus I was playing 4-1-3-2 but Keane usually sucks in it and has got a few reds and Carlos Queiroz thinks i should play Butt over him. But when I do Butt sucks. So I have some problems putting the guys in the wrong places thats it.

I have too many good forwards. Rooney,which is already great at 17,Le Tallec which is a star he is only 19,Robinho is amazing hes 19 but got injured for 8 months. Then Ive got Daniel Nardiello which in my other games always comes out to be great and I regret selling him. So im playing him and hes doing well. Then I bought cisse which i made into an absolute star. He is 21 and is already valued at 35 million dollars. Then I have Ruud, and Ole and Forlan which I am trying to sell ,many teams interested. Ill Post midfield after you guys help me with this.

Hmm well the player i menented should be good in CM 4 as well. But i never play with 3 defenders. But snice you do i would play Chivu Rio and Martinez ( if you can buy him ) and have Silvester as backup. Also you do have very good attack force but too many and some will start bitching if they dont get there play time trust me Robinho did this with me, i suggest you loan out Le Tellec so he gets lots of experiece, on my last game i loaned him to PSV for 2 seasons and he came back a star for me

About Bartez will never really liked him but if he plays good for you keep him, but buy someone for the feature.

Also about 4-1-3-2 it depends on how the setting you put for the DMC, i try to have mine attacking cuz i am Arsenal right now and Vieria is good at passing. But like i said just change your settings for your DMC and it should work out with Keane, i would set Keane defensive minded maybe. Try it both ways attacking one game and defending one game see what works better.

And about your forwards i would sell Ole and Forlan for good money and also to free up your squad of forwards.

I also tried getting Martinez , they accepted the offer, but he rejected the contract. I dont know if i should put Silvest on the bench, he just won the Epl player of the year award. THanx though, Robinho is injured for 8 months so i wont be hearing from him for a long time.

Hmm o well, look for other right backs then, cuz if your play 3 defenders it aint good to play it with Chivu Silvester Rio

Rio will be out of place and not play good. I wouild suggest you get a right back to play Rio's posiiton and bench him so you have a good back line.

Also invest in lots of youngesters so you wont have to spend lots of money on players in the future.

Definitely go for Mancini. Because you have CM4 he won't be very hard to get cause AS Roma doesn't have him yet on CM4

Mancini is class, he plays good at DR and MR Bonera is good, Toure is always good in my games, Lauren is good, Bah i cant think of any more right now but i will search for some and come back with my results.

Aight snice you have CM 4 this might be hard but here is a pretty good DR i found in 03-04 and he should be good in CM 4. Heres a pic.

I just thought of one player, I don't know if he is in CM4, but in CM03/04 he is absolutly top class. Starts at Feyenoord (they have lots of big talents) Maybe not good enough at the start immediatly, but in some years......

I have made bids for lots of money, but they never accept. He would be a very good addition to my squad

Kasper Schmeichel aint in CM 4 He becomes the best goalie in the game. He is 16 at the start, right now in my Arseanl game is my first choice keeper and his only 18.
