nice patch but i don't have technical knowledge latin american leagues are nice

I could help. For FIFA 20 I made a fantasy I Liga MX with Expansion MX, I made it into long season with promotion/relaxation and Copa MX. I also created other CONCACAF teams to create the CONCACAF Champions League. This is a lot more detailed and would like to help.

because of the amount of leagues and im not the best of modding its gonna take a while but with help it can go a lot quicker

I had this knowledge in fifa 14 when it was through Create master. :D
I would try it through flashscore lists and the like

UPDATE:

Ligue Haitienne (Haiti) might have to be cancelled due to break/cancellation of the league since 2021 due to turmoil. Sorry for the inconvenience. Might be added as a separate addon. Sorry again.
