It would make more sense if the limit were 18 formations, because the formationid in the teamwrite table only has a default range of 1 to 18. Does expanding the database make any difference (I don't use CM 07 in anger, so I've no idea whether that field is expanded, but the documentation states that formations are increased from 18 to 20)??mrliioadin;2355034 said:I think there is a cap of 16 formations. Ciao Jomi, this really wonder me. I took a look at the code and the test is for less then 255 so id should range from 1 to 254. Maybe you did a typing error and maybe I could have used less or equal to 255 in order to have also the id 255, but you can't go above 255 because the database structure is limited to 255. I mean you could add the stadium in the stadium table but you cannot assign it to any team in the teams table.Jomi;2356812 said:Ciao Rinaldo !
I have a problem with CM ( not really serious but annoying )...It seems that I have reached the limit for manually importing stadiums with CM. Your program doesn't let me add a stadium witha id above 244. Could you expand the limit maybe ?
To import the nr 255 and above I have to use uni Db to write in the db and file master to import the files I want...

I don't think so. Names can be set both from the league page and from the tournament page, sometime this creates confusion in the editing if you are working alternatively on the two pages. I guess this could be the case.Mattwinter;2355353 said:Hey, I have a problem I can't seem to fix...
The problem involves exporting and then importing a patch (onto another computer), in other words there is no problem on my computer, however if I create a patch and then install this patch onto another computer the problem occurs.
Basically, one of my tournaments does not have a name - the four strings in the 'tournament gui' section are missing. The trophy is there, and the tournament is properly linked to the league (the tournament in question is a league).
Also, during the export/import process, the tournament ids are changed to the lowest available tournament ids - could this be causing the problem?

It's a little mistery ! The "Qualify from Previous Season" check matters (it should be unchecked to avoid randomization of groups) but also the tournament id and the carreer mode. Btw try id = 112, uncheck Qualify from Previous Season and check only Tournament Mode. For me it has worked.mrliioadin;2355028 said:I'm getting my jumbled teams problem again Rinaldo. It looks to me like there is no way to do multiple set groups without it doing this and it always seems to be grouping the best teams together so they would all just knock each other out in the first rounds.
If you don't remember the issue, I would set two teams up like this:
Malawi
Mauritius
Namibia
Congo DR
Réunion
Angola
Botswana
Swaziland
--------------
When I get in the game, it will have moved Angola and botswana to group one putting Angola, Botswana and Congo DR and Malawi in the SAME GROUP!
It doesn't always move them exactly the same way and I've tried remaking the tournament but nothing seems to be working. I was wondering if you knew a way around this.
