Hello! Folks, I have never done this, but I would really like to create a completely new league for FIFA 24, please tell me what is needed for this, and is it worth starting at all? I’m from Ukraine and would like to create a Ukrainian League to please others because at the moment there is only one mod that adds this league with a replacement for the Norwegian one (This mod has a bunch of shortcomings)
