Entertaining game up until the end, Poulsen is an idiot that punch was up there with the Zidane headbutt, that fan was an idiot as well. But it would have been a penalty so you could argue that Sweden deserve the win.

The Swedes are attacking, and one of their players is lying down on the gorund all of a sudden (Rosenberg). The referee consults his linesman who informs him (which the camera footage proves as well) that Christian Poulsen punched Rosenberg in the stomach. The ref shows Poulsen the red and points to the penalty spot...when all of a sudden a Danish supporter (if I can call him that) storms onto the pitch and hits out at the referee. The ref consults the three assistants and they decided to leave the pitch and we are now waiting for their decision on whether or not to finish the match.

EDIT: The UEFA decision is official (had no idea they could (the ref could?) decide this so quickly): 3-0 to Sweden, the match is over.

Why is everybody blaming this whole thing on Poulsen? If the fan hadn't come onto the field it would have been red card and penalty and there probably wouldn't even be a discussion on this forum.

No, he couldn't have seen it coming, but it still appears to have had wide consequences, and if the match hadn't been cancelled the consequent penalty for Sweden would probably have cost Denmark the game, so he still bears a part of the responsibility for this sh!t, period.
Also, I know he appologized and that's good, but after the whole Totti thing in 2004, he of all people should have known better.*
