quit telling me i need to stop this and that, everything you see me do one of your forum buddies does, has done or is doing now.

i post and these people go on a tirade and attempt to verbally abuse me and i should just sit there and say nothing.

i have never been one to be very good at arguing or fighting via word wars which is obvious but i won't sit here and let them go on and on.

i go on the defensive because i am attacked by members who attempt to use clever wording to hide their actual feeling, so quit acting like your buddies are the victim.

I have a question RC: Do you see yourself as completely not at fault here? Or do you think that some of your replies might "add fuel to the fire", so to speak?

I think (from a fairly neutral perspective) that the main reason members here dislike your posting is because you don't back your arguments up with facts like normal people do in a discussion. And when they call you out on it, you start flinging insults that are completely disproportionate to what the original member said. Just look at that reply you wrote to Andrei that I quoted earlier in the thread. Does that seem like an acceptable response to you?

Not being good with words is fine - we are a global forum after all and the fact that English is your native language already puts you in a better position than most. But please, stop seeing yourself as the victim, that members "use clever wording to hide their actual feeling" (How do you know this? Honestly?) and that everyone has a personal vendetta against regularcat.

I guarantee you that if you start posting your opinions (which we both know are generally quite polarising) but back them up with solid facts, then we'll be able to have a better forum experience for everyone.

...or you could just disregard this advice like you did Alex's and assume I'm personally out to get you too. The ball is in your court.
