I have very limited knowledge but will try to help. However I can only help if you tell me exactly what you want to do.
Thanks mate . I have Fifa on pc and want to mod career mode. I only play that mode so dont care if it affects other modes or not. I want to improve the realism eg goal scorers, match results etc. Have been looking at frosty etc etc but im hopeless haha

Can this be edited in Frosty Editor and then exported and loaded in Frosty Mod Manager so I can use it alongside all the other mods?.
If there is a way to rotate, im afraid i have not been able to find a way.
I can only increase or decrease the angle of the camera on a Y axis, for example the camera can face the sky or completely towards the ground
which is not very useful in the slighest
Sorry I havent tried exporting it at all, I have only been messing around with it so far to see if i can change the camera angles.
But I am sure that it can be used with other mods because its the same as the fifa 17 camera mods from fidel and when I used mods with that camera mod it had no problems
As of right now im just messing around with the grass and pitch settings to see if 3d grass can exist on all cameras

I have finally been able to get the perfect Broadcast camera, thanks to you!!!
Exported it as Frosty Mod Manager file format, imported it and it's awesome. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Here is how it looks (of course I've also modified the HEIGHT AND ZOOM from Ingame Settings).
I like low-heighted, far-zoomed cameras so it was perfect for me!
P.S: Unfortunately though, I've found that this only work in Exhibition Matches. I loaded up my Career Mode savegame and default Broadcast Camera is back. So it seems we may need to edit some other file to tweak Career Mode cameras. UNLESS... maybe starting a new Career Mode will load the new values, because I'm thinking that previously saved Career Mode have the default values because they may be store within the save-game file. Just a thought...

Zoom= 0.
Cameras vary a little bit from stadium to stadium, it has always been like that, so you may need to adjust the sliders when playing in another one.

Probably bacause EA updated also the demo exe. I suggest you do not use the demo tweaker.

It work for me with frosty editor, exhibition and carrer mode, I did not try with frosty mod manager...

Here corrected:
Run the Origin Cache Cleaner. Launch game once withFrostyModManager or Frosty Editor, quit from game.
Run the Fast Launcher Code Generator (FLCG) it will generate the FIFA18MOD shortcut (which has the code inside)
Run AGPE TOOL 2.0 and install the desired mods and close, then Run the New Origin Icon from Desktop (FIFA18MOD),
the game will automatically launch, enjoy. Next time to run modded game just click FIFA18MOD link.
