Besides, Roma is about to get relegated, Benfica is not a big club like Madrid or United.

The point is the players who will get signed by medium to big clubs will be garbage because they can only play well as a team of Greeks, not seperately.

I swear if people learned to read entire posts, this forum would be decent. But no, we have newbies like yourself who read not even a sentence, but obviously only a fragment of the sentence.

Well, age plays a factor in that. Most of Greeces top players at Euro's are old, so big clubs arent interested. If Zagorakis was 4 years younger, the biggest clubs in Europe would be after him, but because hes 33 he goes to Bologna.

so.....Andreas Amanatidis (Monaco) doesn't play well because the rest of his team is not Greek

....Angelos Charisteas (W.Bremen) doesn't score with Bremen because it isn't Zagorakis giving him the crosses.......

Greek footballers are just like other footballers, some s*ck, some are of medium tallent, and some are of starter pottential. Now if you're looking for a Pele or a Maradona, or a Zidane.....none exist right now anywere in the world....These players are in a class by themselves....

You know why the Greeks play bench? Because they have no talent, they have team-work skills, and that's it. That's unarguable. During the whole tournament, Greece and their players showed no spark of life, no magical movements, nothing. They stayed in their own half for 90 minutes and made counter-attacks and organized the defence through team-work.

If Greece is so crappy and talentless, than wat does that make the team that lost to them twice? Come on man, how can you insult Greece. If Italy lost to somebody twice, i wouldnt be talking shiat about there team.

Portugal have talented players who didn't play as a team. I've given Greece credit AS A TEAM, but when you break down their team individual by individual, they are weak players.

I wouldnt say theyre weak players. I do agree that guys like Charisteas, Vryzas, Zagorakis, Basinas benefited from the system, but theyre still great players.

I would say that Dellas, Seitaridas, Karagounis and Giannakopolous are very talented players. When he played for Inter, Karagounis was always one of there best players.

Seitaridis...single handedly shut down, Zidane, Baros, and your beloved Figo

Karagounis led charges through the hear of the Czech, Spanish and Portuguese mid-field and scored from 20 yards out of the Portuguese area

Zagorakis p*ssed on Trezege before lobbing the ball perfectly for a WIDE OPEN and WELL PLACED Charisteas

Tsartas riffled a lob perfectly to the front post of the Czech goal....and the header by DELLAS......well was breath taking.....every Czech defender and the keeper had no time to react they just stood and watched in disbelief

Nikopolidis ..........well if I even tried to explain his presence under the posts I couldn't ...it would be an insult to his performance

....yup I guess you're right no individual effort here......all 10 players had their hand in the above critical moments....

deal with it man .......Greece won Dellas, Zagorakis, Charisteas, Karagounis, Seitaridis, and Nikopolidis were stars in this tournament..................

NOT Figo, not Zidane, not Baros, definately not Henry, not Christiano Ronaldo......

Rehangel is the Man......and if the f*ckin Germans would step off and let him complete his contract till the end of 2006 .........I would be very afraid of Greece, if I were you.....
