I feel the need to second surfy on that one. That sig is f**king badass. I even saved the original picture that was posted here, eventhough it was at the expense of the Chels :p AmericanGreg, if you made that, big thumbs up. Ill be looking for a sigmaker soon enough (H)

You should wait until he gets a new hairstyle Surfy (H) Is it 100 posts to get a sig? or more? By the way, those SGF tags you Barca fans have are some of the nicest ive yet seen on here. They kinda remind me of Greg's sig, alot of nice color interplay, the print goes well with the claret and blue (dont mean to sound like im on 'Queer Eye...'). Id love one for Chelsea to get one, but i dunno if there are enough blues fans on here to make it happen, but we got a mod, so...:mrpimp:

Edit: Right greg, I saw the picture. You did a brilliant job of working in the totality of it into such a small image there, even the flag bit. Anyway, kudos again (Y)

Jee, i didn't know this Dutch coach coached barca. :(

R.I.P.

He did and he will be always remembered as a huge coach.

He is the man who was coaching Barça when we won 0-5 in the Bernabeu in the year 70-something.

It was a very important win, not only for it's sport value but specialy emotionaly. It was winning in Franco's protected team home in the last years of his fascist goverment. It was like kicking the fascist dictator's balls five times in a row.

Not just for this victory, but also for it, he will be always remembered in Barcelona.

RIP Rinus Mitchels

He led Barca to their first championship in almost 15 years. (1973) And brought Cruijff to Barca. Rinus is a legend.

Ok so, this is a pretty big game coming up. Valencia is playing well, so hopefully they can stop Mardid from getting the full 3 points, and we come away with 3 of our own. I would like to maintain an 8 or 9 point lead.

With Guily out, do you think Maxi or Iniesta will start?

More than 3.000 Barca fans will be making the trip to Stamford Bridge next week to see their team take on Chelsea in their UCL second leg game. There's never been so many Barca fans at an away game that's not a final.

There's a buzz of excitement amongst the fans this year and the take up of tickets for the Chelsea game is just one more example of how the supporters are getting behind the team. The 3150 tickets available -5% of the Stamford Bridge capacity have been allotted to Barca according to UEFA regulations, and they were all snapped up almost as soon as they went on sale.

Five planes

Barca's official travel agency, RACC, has chartered 5 planes to take the fans to England, one of which is also being used by the players and official party. The team will fly on an Airbus, with 360 seats and will fly out the day before the game, whilst the other 4 planes are set to make the ******d and return journey on match day itself.

Finals draw the crowds

This I sthe biggest number of Barca fans who've flown out to a European game, except for the many finals the team's played in. 45.000 fans made the trip to Seville for the European Cup final against 'Steaua de Bucarest, whilst 35.000 went to the Cup Winners Cup final in Basle in 1979 and the Spanish Cup final in Madrid in 1997.

I hope Iniesta starts. Maxi started against Espanyol and it didn't work.

After the two draws, now Barça have to win these three points. It's a good week to raise the gap, I don't think Real Madrid win in Valencia.

Another option is to play Damià at RB and move Belletti to the wing like he did once before. This way you can stretch the pitch because Iniesta tends to go to the middle as it is his natural position.

It will be a difficult match and looks like it will be very cold there too but we can't keep dropping points.

We HAVE to win in pamplona coz I can't think of Madrid taking 3 points in Mestalla. It'll will also boots the morale for the game against Chelsea..
