not saying that we should, but even if we just maintain this 2 point gap, we can fittingly overtake them with a win at the Bernabeu ... then again, I'd be fine if we go there with like a 10 point advantage of our own, and just play our natural winning game

ok guys so back to reality..the party is over.... we have a hard game against valencia, dont know if we should throw at them our best lineup or save our best men for the atletico and celtic games....

turned on the telly the other day, and BarçaTV was on ... the match being shown was an old reserves game from year 2000ish ... a young Xavi was captaining the side despite Carles Puyol playing ... also in the line-up was: a very young-looking Motta; Gabri with a full head of hair ; Nano on the left wing; and, believe it or not, Zenden playing #9! haha ... look, I love Zenden (especially for his EURO 2000 heroics), but he is certainly not a centre-forward ...

ye, that's it ... just thought I'd share that piece of info coz it gave me a healthy feeling of nostalgia!

yes but it wasnt intentional, lets talk more about etoos great play....barca deserved to win this game big time... 18 shots to 2....hildebrand was amazing.... dont know what to make about this result cause in one hand now valencia have the upper hand cause we need to win or tie with more than 1 goal... on the other hand xavis late goal can make all the difference, its better that we tied then going to mestalla down in the scoreboard.

It's not a bad result. I'm not worried.

With just a little more efficiency in the Mestalla, we will succeed without a doubt. This was just a small setback that will make the return leg more interesting.

I'm 100% sure we will win this competition.
