I will work more on his expression and mouth,especially,its only 60-70 % of the whole work,anyway,I think in this pic he isnt at his neutral expression.
I shall try to make his expression a mix of ur pic and this

Not yet buddy,as I said I havent much time,but do not worry,I will try to make he and others EPL players ,for now Im working on Mark Noble and Matthew Taylor from West Ham,I wish to post a preview later ;)
