Well, Kroos is injured, Martinez will probably play the Pique role and Gotze plays more advanced or on the wings. He should start alongside Schweingsteiger or Luiz Gustavo.

Muller, Kroos and Götze could all play in Mandzukic's place as a false 9 as well as any place in the tridente below him. Kroos could probably also play the deeper midfield positions. And Thiago can be pushed up. Pretty solid.

He's doing weird things like playing Lahm and Ribery as #8 and #6 and Kroos as #4. Ribery has also played as false 9, real 9 and Müller as #8.

Schweiny is getting up with age. So is Robben and Ribery. People need to realize that our biggest strength last year was the ability to use turn over very effectively. There is never such thing as way too many players.
Kind of sad most of you have Mueller as a second rate starter. The kid has made a career of proving people wrong as will do the same under Pep.
