There is a God!! I´m glad that Pinto da Costa made this decision and sacked Del Neri before it was to late. Now let´s see if we can get a good coach.

IMO portuguese coachs only Vitor Pontes can make the job done.

I agree with that, he's probably the best choice in the Superliga market, still i think Vitor Fernandez will be a better choice, i remember Celta played great in those years he was coaching them(remember the 7-0 to Benfica? :p :hump: ).

Why don't you choose Lazlo Bölöni?
He's such a good coach. He always talks very well about FC Porto, and, as you know, we were champions with him coaching only 2 years ago.
Or were we champions in spite of him?; I don´t really remember...

but i trust P. Costa decision.

That's excellent news, since the beggining i wanted Porto to sign him cause i think he's a great coach, now i hope he addapts very fast to the portuguese football to be sucessfull cause he have short time to prepare the team for the official games that are coming... :rolleyes:

He's definetly a good coach, he won a Cup winners cup with Zaragoza in 95 and made some excellent seasons in the Spanish League and in UEFA competitions with Celta de Vigo, i must say i liked very much the way Celta played when he was there, i still remember that 7-0 to Benfica, who doesn't... :p :hump: (H)

It seems there is one issue most of Porto fans don't know: Victor Fernandez and McCarthy were together in Vigo and they parted on rather bad terms. Actually they can't stand each other.

Indeed. That is probably the only thing that worries me with the signing of Fernandez.

I knew that, i don't know if that would be a problem but now that he's coming PDC should tell him that all the players should be treated the same way, let's see... :rolleyes:
