Andres Mendoza is a good signing. He's fast, good control with the ball. But one thing that he lacks that has effected his playing time with his national team is he lacks determination and his finishing is 50/50 lol. I hope the coaching staff in Steaua is good enough to get his morale high.

That shouldn't be a problem, I have a feeling he's gonna be the revelation of the last 15 matchdays of Liga 1.

Excellent stay for Steaua in Cyprus. 5 wins out of 5 and some spectacular goals from the new boys. I can't wait for the season to start again.

Mendoza has a great shot and seems to be very experienced!Pepe Moreno is three times better than Iacob,abd Dayro is a magician!He has a great potential!With the recovers of Radoi,Plesan,Ghionea,our teams looks very good!Forza Steaua!

The competition in Cyprus was pretty decent as well, definitely not worse then what we're gonna see in the league.

8 wins and 1 draw in our friendlies this winter break with Dica scoring 4 and Mendoza and Pepe scoring 2 a piece . I hope we continue this amazing run into the league.

PS: Radoi played 30 minutes today against Jef United.

You guys are getting way to excited with your pre-second half friendly games... you're setting yourself up for dissapointed and then later ... its just friendlies. (which were creating in the mindset of Steaua winning them)
