FCDB XP problems !!

The 1st problem is that all the soccerred.com kits showes blank...
and sometimes and eoor time errors but u can fix that by recopying the fcdb.dbi file the main one

That it because youre using 32bit kits or even better ones. i think gfxpak cant export them correctly

im havin probs as well

the kits dont show up neither do the faces what going on ive got the language pack as well so its in english!!

Another problem is:
when ever u change the teams names --what the prog is suposed to do !!! -
when u lode it the second time after saving u will have this error:
"Violation d'acces a l'adresse 004e3b48..." but the prog still work but not all the teams loaded

Trans: Access violation at adress ....
i tyed that many times...
FCDB XP is not doing what it is supposed too...also u are limited at a number of crarcters in the sort names !!!!!

after to have opening my fcdb_fre.dbi database with fcdb XP on w98se, if I do any change or even If Idon't... when I save the database and I reload it. the new database is bugged

i get the same thing:
i created Hagi in the romanian Squad, saved and exited
when i came back in, everything was screwed up
also, when i try to change ppls hair color or facial hair, it freezes
some1 gots to fix this

this is great, now i can't even open anything in FCDP XP.
i always get the violation message

the solution for the violation access message is to replace the "fcdb.dbi" file and not the fcdb_eng or fdbd_fre ...
just replace that file and everything will be like it was befor
but still u will not be able to make changes ..this program is now usless ...expcet for the 3d view of kits ...no need to run fifa...
i'm still waiting for FED2002

Now we all can see why Chau decided not to release any unfinished beta version of FEd and why he let us wait for a final and fully functional version. The Fifa French Touch wanted to release their editor earlier than FEd but it probably was not a good decision since the FCDB XP in full of bugs.

I look forward to the official FEd2002 release

FCDB XP worlked for me!!!
Well... at least in editing the rosters. I edited netherlands rosters and it worked fine!!!

Works on XP not on Win98

After playing around a bit with FCDB XP...

I first installed it on my old PC..which currently runs Win98...

After saving the DB for placing Ajax into the Swedish league the whole rosters got messed up.

As most people on this forum write...they have no problems using WinXP...

So I installed FCDB XP on my Win XP machine...and placed Ajax in the Swedish league again...

This time without getting the rosters to be messed up...

So I guess FCDB XP is not fully Win98 compatibel...but works fine on Win XP!!

are you sure that your grafic chip is open GL compatible? if you think so install the newest driver for your grafic chip. if its not compatible with open GL (normally al newer chips should be) there's no no solution for viewing the kits and faces
