See the actual files themselves contain no data whatsoever that tells the game to slow-down or give it problems during play, I mean why would it?! I'm not insane!!
The main issue here is probably just a conflict of somesort that is causing the game to 'behave' like it is doing, jerky or slowing down or just slow!
In any case I can not find the problem since I do not have that 'bug'

FIFA ™ Evolution:
Not only does it have the best shooting in a gameplay update, but now the heading system has been improved so much that the variation is actually a shock to myself! Headers go on target, top corners, bottom corners, wide and even way, way, way over the cross bar! It’s all in there. After tweaking the ball physics and range on shooting, I have scored some wonderful goals against keepers that are so fine tuned that you wouldn’t think they’d miss a thing, even to the point where you’d think ‘Absolutely perfect goalkeepers’ was activated, that of which it is not! But thanks to the shooting, the potential accuracy of your shots is quite deadly against keepers, but seeing sensational goals from outside the box are rare and you could be in practice mode for hours trying to score one, but what it all comes down to is Anticpation during matches, the keeper reacts differently to situations, this isn’t something NK FOOTBALL © has done at all, EA SPORTS ™ are to thank for this, but what is cool is that Evolution brings out the characteristics for the different attributed goalkeepers and you see some great saves and shocking goals!
Of course FIFA ™ Evolution is about realism, but mark my words this is still aimed at those who are ‘well known’ with FIFA ™ 06. The gameplay will be remarkably improved over the Original gameplay and noticeably tuned over V9.
Also, players’ are more responsive after challenges and better at controlling the ball using first touch and gaining control using chest, leg, etc. You see the players’ keep in some balls from going out of play that you didn’t see before.

I had to switch off double buffer in my graphics card settings, and the slow down problem was resolved. 
But sometimes FIFA 06 WC is crashing, why ? Especially after a match is finished, or there are situations as penalty or corner...

Yesterday I deleted PES from my PC... Your V9 finally runs smoothly on my PC, and it's a whole new experience.. You did an incredibly well job, it's like a new game !! EA SPORTS should engage You man !!!

The update for 2006 FIFA World Cup ™ will be built upon V9. FIFA ™ Evolution is for FIFA ™ 06 because it is built upon the knowledge I have gained through editing the files and have created the strongest update for FIFA ™ 06. However, 2006 FIFA World Cup ™ is a different game, so the update will be built upon V9. No release date as of yet.

You have made the the game a pleasure to play. Not bothered about waiting for Fifa 07 to be released. It feels like a whole new game anyway. Just a quick thanks for all your hard work. There are still people like me playing Fifa instead of PES and with patches like this I'll always pick Fifa first.

Thanks mate, I appreciate it. I understand V9 for some isn't their cup of tea but for others like yourself and the e-mails I get over at NK FOOTBALL © the update has really made them keep playing FIFA, but I have you guys to thank for your awesome feedback that motivates me to strive for the best I can get out of this game, just like in 2001 and 2002.
The update for 2006 FIFA World Cup is going to be the BEST I have done ever for the game. I keep finding new ways to make the defence better and attack quicker and more difficult to defend against. Matches should be tighter because of this. Ball physics are improving also.
As for FIFA 06, the Evolution update is, well...for what it is it's almost perfect to the point where I can't do anything else to it without starting over and finding a new design for gameplay, a new variation. I'm not saying the update is 'perfect', just that I can't possibly do any more drastic changes, except tune it up. So that's good news that it isn't going to be taking all month to do.
But right now I'm having fun with World Cup 06, as it's starting to play much better than before, especially than the original gameplay. And it's playing much better than V9. Good news for Dino and other gamers I believe.

NK, the levels - thing is great, don't toggle that !! You reach every player with this extra, from those who play from time to time, to those who play every day 6 hours :fool:
As for the gameplay update... I played for hours yesterday, every game is different, it's amazing how You implemented the increasing aggressivness of the CPU when it's about to loose.. awsome !!!
Your GPU makes FIFA a real experience, with situations that never repeat ! As I said, I cancelled PES off my PC !

The update is on the way and it won't be very long at all now. Matches are quite variant in Evolution. The update for 2006 FIFA World Cup ™ is coming along and is the last to be developed.
FIFA ™ Evolution still has no release confirmed. But could very likely be out next week.
