Leon Clarke (ST) from wolverhampton is amazing. I sarted a manager mode with fulham fc, and I was looking for some backups. Clarke is a 21 year old striker and he was only rated a 68. I bought him hoping he would get into the mid 70's, but he grows in talent by 4 points per year for 5 years. He gets all the way up to an 88. I only payed 4 million for him and pay him about 15 thousand per game.

A few others that start out below 70 and grow into the mid-80s (or better) by the middle of a career:

Arturo Lupoli (ST, Derby County)
Efrain Juarez Valdez (CB, Barca)
Giovanni dos Santos (CAM, Barca)
Zlatko Junuzovic (CF, Liebherr GAK in Austria)
Gareth Bale (CB, Southampton) - but everyone knew about him already
Gary Bocaly (RWB, Marseille)
Pedro Oldoni (ST, Paranaense of Brazil)
Terry Dixon (ST, Tottenham Hotspur)

You will notice a preponderance of forwards in that list, and this seems to be the case in the youth systems too, with far more decent strikers available than any other positions.

That depends on your style of play, and the other players around him. I generally value sprint speed more than the game's overall ratings do but being used to playing with strikers who have shooting attributes in the low 60s (or worse) I've also come to value the ability to hit the target more often than not.

Messi is ova rated. But his first season start at 89!!!! 5 more than wat he start for in the the game 84, Same with walcott Start wif 76 in the game. In my first season three day on and he jumps 2 80???. Same wift that Bale, Gallas,

Walcott in my opinion is the best young talent along with former team m8 gareth bale!! Start wiv arsenal... they already have good young players get some players from the youth team and they all will reach 80-95

By default Denilson will get stuck at 73, but he can grow beyond that if he gets a significant boost to his potential when he signs to your team (an increase of up to 15 points is possible as part of the match XP system). The other fella I can't find in the default PC database.
