I could help you with the database GIGGI.I am free at the moment but I will have to return to work from the middle of next month.
I could make minifaces for all major players and teams,some fine tuning with the player,team ratings.Maybe add a few teams like EURO participants,UEFA cup and Cup winner's cup finalists & Copa Libertadores teams to the patch as well.Just let me know in case you need help.

You know, Language DB have a limit, If you passed away this limit many team are names like this: " $01646464"
I've cancelled all EA default team manually from DB language and Main DB

I haven't really transferred the teams to FIFA 10.I still have the teams in FIFA 08 database.I have also used pictures as minifaces for all the major footballers from 1930-1990.
Just need to transfer them to FIFA 10.
Also bullddoo made the kits for all world cup teams from 1930-1978 which I have with me.slowhand made the kits for all the 80s and 90s world cup teams which are also still with me.
I think these kits can still be used in 08.If you are in need of any I shall send them to you directly.
