The first fix is the shot accuracy, for CPUAI and Human, real statistic on shot accuracy, but is possible to score from the long distance for you and CPUAI!!

I have modded/adjusted a little bit the players physical contrast!!!
I have modded/adjusted/increased any players attribute like agility and reactions like ps3!!!

Ok, here is how things are:
I played exhibition and tournament matches, with clubs and some international teams, on Legendary, 6 minutes, normal and slow speed.
My first match was Barcelona (AI) - Arsenal (me). I lost 3-1. In HG 4.8 I was easily beating Barca by 2-3 goals in legendary, but now, in HG 4.9, match was so tough... Messi and Iniesta were such badasses, they were dancing through my defence... It was really enjoying.. I felt happy when I lost
So, Fidel, you definitively raised the level of HG.
Other matches were also though and very dynamic. You can keep the ball in midfield, AI do not press it so hard, so there is no need for ping-pong passes. Also, AI plays very different when leading and when traveling, they play pressing from time to time... Overally, they are changing game style during match depending on situation.
ATTACK:
- Yes, as you said, class players are now showing their class.
- You can often see that fast players can take a lot of space with long sprints.
- Class playmakers really dictate the game.
- Counterattacks are effective.
- There is a lot of players (especially wing players) who are actively searching for holes in defence...
- A lot of dribbles (bicycle, fake shot, stop and turn etc.)
DEFENCE:
- Good markings and positioning.
- Goalkeppers are very good.
I think that HG 4.9 is ready for stable public release...
Will test it more and post another feedback, but overally this is it...

Ok, mate here is what I am using:

This is official offline winter transfer update for FIFA 11 and in it is Birmigham fix included.
Now, if you install this patch all your rosters will be gone, so you will have to make another tactics for your favourite teams.
1. Install clean FIFA 11 (patched with 1.01)
2. If you have your old "FIFA 11" folder in "Documents", delete it, cause it will not work.
3. Install HG 4.8
4. Regenerate two times with i68Regenerator using option: "Take care of edited files"
5. Install Winter Transfer Update (NOTE: when it ask you in which folder to install you must choose "FIFA 11" folder, example C:/Program files/FIFA 11 - not FIFA 11/Game, it must be "FIFA 11" folder)
6. Play (check if Torres is in Chelsea, Rakitic in Sevilla etc.)
IMPORTANT: If it works you will have to make all new formations, tactics etc. for your teams, you will lost old ones. Once you make your formations, tactics etc. with this Winter Transfer Update then your "FIFA 11" folder in "Documents" which contains your saves will be only compatible with this patch (Transfers Update). And always back up your "FIFA 11" folder from "Documents" folder for future uses, cause I always install latest HG on clean installed FIFA 11. Hope you will get it, if not then post the problem and I will try to help you, but this is how I do it.

It's allot easier than HG 4.8.I just beated barca 4-0 in world class.Easy to score outside the box with a good player.

Full manual mode. The game is definitely harder then it was on 4.9 or 4.6. It takes time getting used to. Plus AI is strong now. Their teams are really hard to break down.
It's near impossible to dribble past them now. Maybe their players are now just too strong in physical fights? My players are pushed away on every occasion now

the cpu is flawless & that is the worst part, difficulty is always a good thing, but its takes away from realism, i personally dont wanna see every cpu pass & shot on target, every tackle absolutely perfect.

-The gameplay are now balanced and cpu not 100% perfect passing, shots and headshots.

good work man! but positioning when goal kick not even fixed, GKs still making a 'perfect' save. it might be awesome if u try to make the GK a 'little' sloppy like skim the ball to own net.
defenders are gettin more discipline to coverage the opponents during the game
Shoot accuracy has been reduced, header accuracy aswell

Fidel, as I said, immediately at first match I noticed big differences/improvements.
So were should I start...
- Battle for possession is amazing
- AI is so tough; especially in legendary
- Decreased shooting and passing accuracy is visible
- AI make nice actions; they can easily find gaps in defence, counterattacks are deadly
- Good positioning from defense line
- A lot of tackles and physical play
In legendary AI plays very, very tough. Most of games on legendary against 5 stars team I lost, but that's exactly what I wanted. You must play very smart and with vision to beat team in legendary difficulty.
Maybe I am wrong, but it looks like AI is more aggressive now, making you sometimes very little time too keep the ball in midfield... Anybody think the same?
What pisses me off is next:
My players are very inactive. They are rarely making runs in free spaces. Mostly they are slowly running in the pitch, or they are running sticked with defender and not trying to run of them. And why are my LB and RB not coming in attack...?
But, bro, you really improved every aspect of the game... I really enjoy in your HG, its so awesome!!!
