2. on Legendary the CPU shoots when it has the chance
3. if long shots was easier to score and it was harder on 1 on 1 then people would complain about that too
4. its all about timing and the correct circumstances (body position etc)
5. i have conceded goals from freekicks..
P.S. im not a bitch.
1. Ok, fair enough. I have seen it countless times, which makes me think either this strange crossing is simply being accepted by some as normal behaviour, being ignored, or it isn't happening because of perhaps some difference in the crossing settings people are using? For the sake of sanity I've got to believe the first two aren't the case, so I'm going to explore the crossing settings, trying semi-assisted and manual to see if it's any different. Regardless, the AI will still do them evey now and then...
2/3. Long shots. Well, on WC I've only scored one from the each of the box in 1.5 seasons. I've never scored from 25-30 yards apart from one direct freekick. Seems like by the law of averages and in comparison to real life that these stats are a little off. Combine that with the huge proportion of 1on1 slide past the keeper goals and the balance of goal types we see from game to game seems a little askew. The real question therefore is why should I ever attempt long shots when the 1on1s have a near 80% success rate? Maybe it's the fact that these 1on1s are just so easy to create and so successful in execution that's the problem, and not the lack of long shots or headers?
4. I think you're going to have to convince me a little more than that. Again, perhaps it's the ease of 1on1s that is making me think crossing and heading are less worth their while.
5. Hmm. Can't argue with that. Can only reiterate that in 1.5 seasons I'm yet to concede a freekick goal to the AI...
Re bitch, lol. Stop raising to the bait then.
