Do not forget that FIFA 14 PC is now equipped with several new features such as: Pure Shot, Real Intelligence Physics Ball teammate etc that I think it brings a new mechanism in play. Still need additional information to concluded what FIFA 14 PC looks. Perhaps in this case FIFA 14 PC is less beautiful because it wasnt built by ignite. Piracy, may be the last alternative for me .. I Remembering FIFA 13 pirated games had to wait almost 2 months to be able to play.. Thats was Too long for me to taste the game that I love most in life (the soccer game).

I really understand where you´re going and it´s a great standpoint, nevertheless, beyond the emotional connection created from the experience with this series in particular, FIFA 14 remains a product, a mediocre one (PC) according to what we´ve read. I´m not condoning piracy at all, but companies like EA just keep pushing customers over the edge with unfinished products, poor customer service, DRM schemes, Origin, dropping servers, and the list goes on and on. At this point, I wouldn´t be surprise that a lot people think FIFA 14 for PC is almost dead and that EA is just releasing FIFA 13.5

p.s. EA won worst company award for second straight year, and the company COO (Peter Moore) blamed homophobes for his company's "worst" win, not his firm's own DRM missteps.

Have you played default FIFA 13 lately, without edits and mods? I had to reload the original game yesterday to check some files, and so I played it for 5 minutes. It's unbelievable how bad the default, unedited User-CPU game plays. It's laughable. Default FIFA 14 won't be any different, not without edits. That's why it's pointless to buy it before modding tools are released.

If I didn't liked the default FIFA 13 I wouldn't had bothered with it at all and waited for those editing tools (like I didn't bothered with the past FIFA games since 2005). This game is the best from the series IMO and I usually don't like playing with custom gameplays. I test them, but I rarely keep them.

From what I've seen so far, if FIFA 14 won't bring any new leagues, I think I'll stick to FIFA 13!
There will be new leagues: Luxembourg, Hong Kong, UAE, Kuwait, and there were rumours about Turkish League and Conference National

From FIFA series, FIFA 11 in my opinion is the best.

Okay, but you also agreed with me that the default game is useless without editing tools? So which is it?

I agree on something else. Not the gameplay. For example, I can play the default FIFA 13 without any problem and still enjoyed it, but without my country league in it (Romanian Liga 1) without real kits (replacing the generic ones), banners, adboards, balls, even stadiums, FIFA isn't quite FIFA. That was my refference! ;)

Conference, Turkish Super Lig, LUX & HK I knew about them. UAE & Kuwait, it's the first time I hear that. Where did you get that news from?

For me, EA Sports needs to licence leagues from Argentina, Greece, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Czech Republic, and some from Asia and Africa (maybe South Africa and China) to be perfect.

That would be great asset, but they need to do much more then licencing leagues to be "perfect".

Their greed stops them to do so!

I agree, I was talking about league/teams license. But they need to fix some issues in gameplay and graphics to make a really perfect game.

Yeah, it's an interesting championship, it would be a great challenge manage an indian club and win AFC Champions League (Y)

they need to add some type of defense to this game and stop making it all attack, it is unbalanced and far from simulation.

it is a child's game where you just play up and down the pitch, reminds me of something like nba jam from the 90's.

they just need to make the game realistic and let the kids learn how real footy is played.
