Where is the new one mate? A lot of generic hair and specific hairlod have this problem,for example pirlo hair, generic hair 80,it looks bald in tele cam

Does anyone know why this is happening. Every few seconds the hair just randomly sticks up and goes back down. I think it's a problem with the hairlod but I don't know how to fix it.
