Is there any tool which can extract ATI1 (BC4) and ATI2 (BC5) textures from Switch .rx3 files?
Also I found that some textures are cubemaps, any tool can work with them?

Thanks, I think I found a way to get them. AMD's Compressonator can display ATI1 and ATI2.
Anyone tried to figure out what are differences between FIFA14/16 and FIFA20 Switch .rx3 files?
I'm finding it very strange that people here converting files manually. On my side, I'm developing a converter from FIFA20's .rx3 to FIFA09/10's .o files. I think everything can be converted automatically, including texture mapping and skinning (even despite the fact that skeletons may be different).

Do FIFA20 Switch player heads have normal maps? I see only head_cm (color map) and head_sk (specular map?) textures.
Yeap, they don't. You have to put it yourself in the texture, or use a FIFA 16 one
Do you know which .rx3 contains it?
Anyone knows if FIFA20 PC still use .rx3 files? I know that Frosty Editor exports to .fbx, but internally, are files still stored in rx3 file format?
